Please read these Terms carefully before using GeoAnomaly. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
1. Service Description
GeoAnomaly is a satellite-based anomaly detection platform operated by GeoAnomaly.com (United States). The service allows users to analyze satellite imagery for geological anomalies, mineral indicators, and other surface features using proprietary AI algorithms.
⚠️ Important Disclaimer: GeoAnomaly is an analytical tool for research and educational purposes. Detection results are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of detection results. Users are solely responsible for how they use this information.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use GeoAnomaly
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Use is prohibited where restricted by local law
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access: security@geoanomaly.com
- One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
- Account sharing is not permitted
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Trial Plan
- 7-day free trial with promo code (e.g., LOSTARCHA7)
- One trial per person/device/IP address
- Trial abuse (multiple accounts, VPN manipulation) may result in account termination
- Full service features during trial period
4.2 Paid Plans
- Basic: $159.99/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Pro: $999.00/year — billed annually, 33% savings
- Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal date
4.3 Refund Policy
- Monthly plans: Refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
- Annual plans: Refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
- No refunds after the refund window or if the account has made more than 10 analyses

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use GeoAnomaly to:
- Conduct illegal activities including unauthorized excavation or trespassing
- Violate any local, national or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download our data or algorithms
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial limitations
- Use VPNs, proxies, or other means to manipulate geographic restrictions
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
- Attempt to breach our security systems or infrastructure
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
- Commercially resell analysis results without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
- GeoAnomaly platform, algorithms, and interface are owned by GeoAnomaly.com
- Satellite imagery is owned by respective providers (Google, NASA, ESA) — we license it for analysis
- Analysis results generated for your coordinates are available for your personal/research use
- You may not commercially redistribute raw analysis results without written permission
- User-submitted reviews may be used for marketing with attribution
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREAKTIF TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF GEOANOMALY.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoAnomaly.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of GeoAnomaly, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced with 24-hour notice where possible
- Satellite data availability depends on third-party providers
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity (trial abuse, multiple accounts)
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Use the service for illegal purposes
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@geoanomaly.com.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
- Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent jurisdiction
- EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and website notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
